Q: How will I know when new talent joins Lyrical UK?
A: That’s easy, subscribe to our newsletter and we’ll keep you up to date with all the news, including any new talent that joins the Lyrical UK team. You can even request a talent that isn’t shown on our list, just contact us here: [email protected]
Q: How much does it cost for a Lyrical UK video?
A: There is no set price for a Lyrical UK video, individual prices are shown on each talent’s booking page when you make your request. Talent can change their price at any time, but you’ll always be charged the price shown at the time you booked your request.
Q: Can I update my request after I submit a Lyrical UK artist video?
A: Yes you can! Use the link in your confirmation email and you can make edits but please be aware, this option is NOT available after the artist has created your order.
Q: How long will it take to complete my Lyrical UK video request?
A: Our talents are given up to seven days to fulfill requests. If yours isn’t completed within seven days, you’ll get a refund and an explanation by email.
Q: Am I guaranteed the talent I select will make my requested Lyrical UK video?
A: It is possible that the artist you request may revoke your application for a number of reasons but this will be emailed to you upon request.
Q: How will I receive and save my Lyrical UK video once it’s completed?
A: You’ll be sent a link to the email provided when you have placed your order and BOOM! It’ll be there for you to view, send and save.
Q: What if my LYRICAL UK video is not completed?
A: If your LYRICAL UK video is not completed, LYRICAL UK will refund you.
Q: What if I’ve already been charged, but haven’t received my LYRICAL UK video yet?
A: If your LYRICAL UK video was booked within the last seven days but you haven’t received it yet, we’ve only put a pre-authorisation hold on your credit/debit card. This is to ensure funds are available when a musician fulfils your LYRICAL UK video request. If it’s been over seven days, please contact us at [email protected]

Q: What”s the difference between a A DUBPLATE LYRICAL UK video and a PERSONALISED LYRICAL UK video?
A: A DUBPLATE video is a video made with music and lyrics performed by the artist and they’ll incorporate your name into their song, sung by the artist you have requested. A personal LYRICAL UK video will be scripted by you at the time of booking and the artist you requested, will try their best to say verbatim what you’ve asked for. At times the artist may alter to best suit who they are.
Q: How many characters are available in making a request?
A: All LYRICAL UK requests must fit within the 250 character limit.
Q: What happens if I am unhappy with my completed LYRICAL UK video?
A: A LYRICAL UK video may not be returned or exchanged and no refunds will be issued.
